Returning your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You may cancel the purchase of products within 14 days without having to give a reason. This period starts on the day after you receive the product.

During that period you must handle the product and packaging with care. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us with all included items and in the original condition and packaging.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving the product. You can do this via a standard form that you can find on our website. After you have returned this form to us, you must also return the product within 5 days. You must be able to prove that you returned it on time, for example with proof of shipping.

If, after the periods mentioned above in this article, you have not indicated that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and/or have not returned the product within the stated period, the purchase is final.

If you return something, you must pay the shipping costs yourself.

If you have paid for something and you return it, we will refund you within 14 days after we receive the returned product.

We only do this if we have received the product or if you have good proof that you have returned it.

You cannot cancel if the 14-day right of withdrawal period has expired.

You also cannot cancel if the product you purchased has been damaged within 14 days after it was delivered to you. For example, you could make an unboxing video to show with certainty that the problem already existed.
